Estate Managers look after the day-to-day management of properties, with the assistance of on-site security guards, building attendants and maintenance staff.

The close liaison with Government departments, incorporated owners and residents associations ensures the smooth running of HWPG's major residential estates, which provides accommodation for more than 150,000 people.

Project Management
All property developments undertaken by HWPG are supervised by a professional project management team comprising architects, engineers and quantity surveyors.
