Mainland China

In 1992, the Group signed the first of its many joint venture agreements for property development in the Mainland. There are now projects underway in Beijing, Tianjin, Changchun, Shanghai, Changzhou, Qingdao, Chongqing, Chengdu, Wuhan, Xian, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen and Huizhou, and the Group will continue to consider investment in other Mainland cities.

Beijing - Oriental Plaza
Oriental Plaza is a unique city-within-a-city in the heart of Beijing. Commanding a prime 1,000,000 sq ft site area and spanning a total floor area of 8,600,000 sq ft Oriental Plaza represents one of the largest commercial complexes in Asia.

Conveniently located in Chaoyang District near the East 4th Ring Road, the project occupies a site area of approximately 2,900,000 sq ft. It comprises approximately 2,100 low-density luxury residential units with a total gross floor area of approximately 3,870,000 sq ft and a grand 5-star clubhouse with commercial facilities.

Beijing - Changping District Beixinjiayuan Project
Situated at Beixin Village, Shisanling Town in Beijing Changping District, the project occupies a site area of over 2,700,000 sq ft with a total above ground gross floor area of approximately 860,000 sq ft. It will be developed to luxurious low density villas in the Shisanling Cultural Heritage Protection Zone.

 

Tianjin - The Metropolitan Tianjin
Strategically located at the junction of Nanjing Road and Yingkou Road in Heping District, the central district of Tianjin, this integrated complex is directly above the "Yingkou Road Station", which is the interchange of Tianjin Metro Lines 1 and 3. The project site is surrounded by Changsha Road on the east, Tongguan Road on the south, The Exchange on the west and Nanjing Road on the north. It will be developed for splendorous retail, grade A office and luxurious residential premises with a site area of approximately 130,000 sq ft and a total gross floor area of approximately 3,500,000 sq ft. There will also be underground retail shops and parking spaces, covering approximately 710,000 sq ft.

 

Changchun - Regency Park
Close to the Changchun Jingyuetan Development Zone, Regency Park is a large-scale residential premises with site area more than 9,900,000 sq ft. The whole development will provide a residential gross floor area of more than 4,800,000 sq ft.

Changchun - Regency Residence
Located at Nanguan District at Changchun, the project is situated at the west of Yatai Dai Road and the north of Fanrong Road. The project occupies a site area of approximately 2,200,000 sq ft with a gross floor area of over 3,440,000 sq ft of residential development. It will be developed into urban residential and high quality multi-commercial facilities.

 

Shanghai - Seasons Villas
This development occupies site area of 2,900,000 sq ft in the Pudong Huamu district. It is a low density residential compound which is located next to Regency Park and the Century Park. It comprises villas, townhouses and a clubhouse.

 

 

Shanghai - Regency Park
Regency Park, with a total gross floor area of 1,720,000 sq ft, is located next to Seasons Villas and the Century Park in Pudong. There will be luxurious villas and semi-detached houses accompanied by a prestigious clubhouse.

 

Shanghai - Westgate Mall
A 1,290,000 sq ft commercial development of Nanjing Road West, it comprises a shopping centre, an office tower and carparks. The shopping centre houses major tenants such as Isetan Department Store, PARKnSHOP, Watson's, restaurants and renowned international fashion brands. In addition, there are facilities like food court and cinema city. The office tower is occupied by multinational corporations.

 

Shanghai - Walton Plaza
Walton Plaza development in Xu Hui comprises a composite building of offices, residential apartments and retail shops with a gross floor area of 106,600 sq ft.

 

Shanghai - Maison des Artistes
Gubei district is one of the first high-end expatriate communities in Shanghai. The site, with a total of 540,000 sq ft, has accommodated a luxurious residential development of more than 1,500,000 sq ft and 320,000 sq ft of commercial facilities.

Shanghai - Jiading District Project
Located east of Ruilin Road and south of Huanbei Road in Jiading District in Shanghai, the project has a site area of approximately 2.3 million sq ft and a gross floor area of about 3.5 million sq ft. It will be developed into commercial and residential properties.

Shanghai - Jingan District Xinzha Road Project
Conveniently located at Xinzha Road and Datian Road of Jingan district, the plot occupies a site area of over 150,000 sq ft with a total gross floor area of near 640,000 sq ft. It will be developed for commercial and office uses.

Shanghai - Regency Cove
Located in Ma Qiao Town of Min Hang District, the project occupies a site area of 3,000,000 sq ft with a gross floor area of approximately 530,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a low-density residential compound with approximately 200 luxurious villas.

Shanghai - Lujiazui Project
Located in Lujiazui in Shanghai’s Pudong New District, the site occupies an area of approximately 100,000 sq ft. It will be developed into commercial properties.

Shanghai - Century Link
The development site of Century Link is located at the heart of the Shanghai Pudong New District, occupying a unique position at the midpoint between Lujiazui Financial Centre and Hua Mu Cultural Administrative District.

Located above the Century Avenue Station, an interchange Metro station of four major Metro lines and being the connecting point for three cross-river tunnels, the site enjoys seamless transition and convenience, and is one of the most important planned strategic transport interchanges in Shanghai City.

Being the core development of future Pudong commercial district, Century Link occupies a site area of about 550,000 sq ft with a total floor area of approximately 2,800,000 sq ft. It will be developed into an integrated commercial complex comprising an international shopping mall and 2 blocks of Grade-A office towers.

Shanghai - Zhen Ru Fu Zhong Xin Project
Located in Zhen Ru Fu Zhong Xin in Shanghai's Putuo District, the project occupies a site area of approximately 1.9 million sq ft. It will be developed into commercial and residential properties.

Shanghai - Zhou Pu Project
Located at Fan Rong Road of Zhou Pu in Pudong District, the project occupies a site area of approximately 2,800,000 sq ft. The site will be developed into a residential compound, comprising approximately 3,600,000 sq ft of residential buildings, 54,000 sq ft of commercial facilities and a kindergarten.

 

Changzhou - Regency Park
Located at Tianning District, the heart of Changzhou City, this 860,000 sq ft site will be developed into a residential compound, comprising 2,420,000 sq ft of low-rise townhouses and high-rise apartments. The site is adjacent to the Hong Mei Park, which has an area of approximately 3,600,000 sq ft.

 

Qingdao - Pacific Plaza
A commercial complex with low-rise residential development of 847,000 sq ft. The phase one development with a gross floor area of 356,000 sq ft was completed in 1996. It comprises seven blocks of garden duplexes, a clubhouse, a 19-storey office building, two three-storey office buildings, a high-class shopping centre and car parking spaces.

The phases two and three residential development comprises four high-rise apartment towers and a low-rise office block.

Qingdao - Marina City
Marina City is a large-scale urban redevelopment project, located at Shi Bei District of Qingdao. It occupies an extensive site area of 3,400,000 sq ft and it commands spectacular unobstructed sea views. This comprehensive redevelopment project will transform the existing old district into a new focal point of the Qingdao city with modern shopping, tourist and entertainment facilities as well as high-rise residential blocks with a total floor area of approximately 10,800,000 sq ft.

 

Chongqing - Metropolitan Plaza and Tower
This is a 1,800,000 sq ft commercial for mall, office and hotel development in central Chongqing, one of the largest comprehensive development projects in southwest China with a shopping mall, office tower and hotel. Metropolitan Plaza was awarded the Chongqing Architectural Bai Hua Prize in 1998 and 2nd Tien-You Jeme Civil Engineering Prize in 2002 with its outstanding design. The shopping mall has acquired numerous tenants like department stores and renowned international fashion brands. In addition, there are facilities like food court, bowling centre, ice-skating rink and cinema city. Harbour Plaza Chongqing, an internationally renowned 5-star hotel, offers a total of 388 rooms and suites. Besides, the 26-storey office tower has provided office premises for multi-national companies.

Chongqing - Beverly Hills
Located in Yubei District - Beverly Hills, the first sole villa compound near the town centre of Chongqing, is a high-end residential project of North American style with a site area of approximately 2,150,000 sq ft with 217 luxurious detached villas, each of them built with an independent lift, garage, front and back yards. The landscape design, embellished with lively rivulets as well as quiet lake scenery, is full of elegance and nobility. Chongqing - Cape Coral
Located in Nan Bi Road, a prime location in the Nanan District. Most units offer fabulous views of Chang Jiang. Cape Coral is a large-scale complex developed for residential and commercial uses with approximately 1,380,000 sq ft of site area. The whole development will provide a residential gross floor area of approximately 4,950,000 sq ft, comprising high-rise and super high-rise apartments, and lofts. The project will be equipped with a luxurious clubhouse. With the gross floor area of 720,000 sq ft, the commercial part will be constructed in European style, commanding a glamorous river view and creating a unique metropolitan living style.

Chongqing - Noble Hills
The development is situated in a newly developed economic zone in the north of Chongqing. It is located in a prime location with easy accessibility to Jiangbei Airport and Jie Fang Bei, taking only 10 and 20 minutes' drive respectively.

The site occupies an area of over 520,000 sq ft, with total gross floor area of over 4,410,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a low density residential community, including townhouses, house on house and semi-detached house, with perfect clubhouse and commercial facilities.

Chongqing - Yangjiashan Project
The development is situated in Yangjiashan district, Nanan District, Chongqing, near the well-known attractions "Nan Shan". The location is prime and easily accessible to the central of the city, Jie Fang Bei in about 20 minutes. The site occupies an area over 11,200,000 sq ft with a gross floor area of approximately 32,300,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a large-scale high class residential district consisting of grand clubhouse and a wide range of commercial and social facilities.

 

Chengdu - Le Parc
Le Parc is situated in Tianfu Xin Cheng, the government planned new CBD of Chengdu. It will be developed into a commercial, finance, technology, administrative and culture centre serving as a cosmopolitan hub for business and living.

Le Parc enjoys an instant access to the rest of the city as it is close to Tianfu Avenue and the Hi-Tech station of Metro line 1 which will be ready for operation by 2010. Occupying a site area of approximately 8,700,000 sq ft, and a gross floor area of approximately 26,000,000 sq ft, the project will be developed into a mega scale high standard residential district, consisting of premium clubhouse, schools, commercial and other social facilities.

The project will be completed in phases. Phase 1 has been launched in mid-2007 and is now almost sold out, Phase 1 has been handed over to owners since April 2009, while Phase 2 has been launched in 2009.

Chengdu - Regency Oasis
Regency Oasis is strategically situated in the prime location of a newly develop garden city – Chengdu Wenjiang, next to the former Chengdu China Flower Exposition and Chengdu No. 7 Middle School. Abutting Guang Hua Avenue the planned metro line 4 and light rail system, the project enjoys supreme transportation network.

Regency Oasis occupies a site area of approximately 4,300,000 sq ft, with a total gross floor area of approximately 5,300,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a luxurious and low-density residential compound, consisting of kindergarten, premium clubhouse and commercial facilities. The project, based on the "Boutique Living" design concept, offers an array of residential establishments, such as house on house, townhouse, detached house and mid-rise apartment. Phase 1 has been launched in 2010.

 

Wuhan - Hualou Street Project
The Hualou Street Project, occupying a total site area of around 1,080,000 sq ft, is located in the heart of Wuhan's business and commercial district and abuts on Yanjiang Avenue. It lies conveniently to other landmarks in the neighbourhood, namely Jianghan Road shopping area and Wuhan Customs . With high-rise luxurious residential towers commanding a magnificent view atop a themed retail podium, the development will become Wuhan's premier commercial and residential complex with a total gross floor area of approximately 4,090,000 sq ft.

Wuhan - Laopupian Project
Being right in the hub of Wuhan city and next to Jianghan Road, the Laopupian Project is accessible by adjacent light railway and all other modes of public transport and thus enjoys the convenience to other parts of the city. This is currently one of the most eminent urban-renewal project in Wuhan city. On this 379,000 sq ft site, a large premier downtown commercial complex will be built. Wuhan - The Metropolitan Wuhan
Being right in the hub of Wuhan city and adjacent to Jianghan Road, The Metropolitan Wuhan is accessible by adjacent light railway and all other modes of public transport and thus enjoys the traffic convenience to other parts of the city. This is currently one of the most eminent urban-renewal project in Wuhan city. On this around 377,000 sq ft site, a large premier downtown commercial and residential complex will be built. Wuhan - Regency Cove
The development is situated in Caidian District of Wuhan. With Maan Hill situated at its north - and Houguan Lake at its south, the project enjoys traffic convenience and picturesque lake scenery. The site occupies a gross area of around 9,680,000 sq ft, with total gross floor area of over 960,000 sq ft. for phase 1. It will be developed into a large-scale high class residential community, includes a resort hotel, a grand clubhouse and social facilities.

 

Xian - The Greenwich
The project is located within the Hi-Tech Industrial Zone, delineated in the east by Xiwan Road, south by Jinye Road and north by Jinyun Road. It will be developed into luxurious residential and commercial premises with a site area of more than 5,220,000 sq ft and 11,400,000 sq ft total floor area. Phase 1 of the Greenwich, Xian occupies an area of approximately 100,000 sq m (1,076,400 sq ft), comprising 1,787 high- class residential units and 25 deluxe townhouses. With an area of approximately 100,000 sq m (1,076,400 sq ft), Phase 2 "i-City" provides over 3,000 Loft and Loft 2.0 units with areas ranging from 33 to 180 sq m. (355sq to 1,937 sq ft). Phase 3 "The Mansion" also occupies an area of approximately 100,000 sq m. (1,076,400 sq ft). It will be developed into unique luxurious apartment with a site area of approx. 100,000 sq m. (1,076,400 sq ft) which includes residential, office and commercial area.

 

Changsha - Noble Hills
Located in Jinxing Road, Wang Cheng County, the subject site takes up a site area of approximately 5,990,000 sq ft which generates a total gross floor area around 7,100,000 sq ft. On top of Hutchison Whampoa's brand name and outstanding property management services, the architectural design of Noble Hills will nicely blend with the natural landscape and ecology to create a large-scale unique style luxurious residential estate. The project is targeted for completion in phases from 2009 to 2014.

 

Guangzhou - The Greenery
The Greenery is a low-density, self-contained residential estate in Guangzhou's new commercial centre of Tianhe. The development comprises 208 duplex and apartment units surrounding a landscaped garden. Facilities include a clubhouse with squash and tennis courts, a gym, children's play area, a swimming pool and a snooker room. There is also an international school, plenty of car parking lots and shuttle bus.

Guangzhou - The Riverside
The Riverside is a composite development above the Huangsha Underground Railway Station encompassing approximately 3,800,000 sq ft of residential and commercial premises. It will consist of eight blocks of 27 to over 50-storey residential towers, a fully furnished supreme clubhouse, four levels of shopping arcade - Metropolitan Plaza which comprises gross floor area of approximately 937,000 sq ft and two levels of underground car park.

Guangzhou - Zengcheng Residential Project
Located in Licheng Town of Zengcheng, the project occupies a site area of approximately 23,000,000 sq ft. It will be developed for large-scale low-density premium residential use.

Guangzhou Panyu - Cape Coral
Located in the Panyu Dashi District and close to the South China Express Panyu Bridge, this features "The Splendor of Australian Lifestyle". It occupies a site area of approximately 4,800,000 sq ft, comprising an environmental-friendly deluxe residential complex and a clubhouse with extensive facilities.

Guangzhou - Yuhu Mingdi
Located in Guangzhou's Luogang District, the project occupies a site area of approximately 2.4 million sq ft with a total gross floor area of approximately 2.5 million sq ft. It will be developed into low density premium residential properties.

Guangzhou – Guangzhou International Toys & Gifts Center
Occupying a total floor area of 480,000 sq m, the Guangzhou International Toys & Gifts Center is strategically located in the Economic Technological Development Zone of Huang Pu District.

The project consists of two phases. Phase one, which has been completed, has a total retail area of 100,000 sq m. The phase two development will comprise an exhibition centre, shops, logistics facilities, apartments, hotel, office premises and underground transport facilities.

 

Shenzhen Futian - Le Parc
Being one of the largest premium residential communities in Shenzhen, the project is located at the CBD of Futian and occupies a site area of approximately 1,700,000 sq ft. yielding a total gross floor area of around 4,500,000 sq ft.

The development was carried out in four phases, offering 3,011 luxury apartments and duplex units. All residences have been completed and handed over to owners. The luxury clubhouse – "Club de Le Parc" was opened in summer 2003, whereas the commercial complex offers various shopping facilities such as PARKnSHOP, bank and restaurants, was opened in 2004 .

Shenzhen Baoan - Dynasty Garden
This low-density residential project is located at Xi Xiang, north of Central Baoan in Shenzhen. It is built on a hill slope with a site area of over 860,000 sq ft and a design reminiscent of the Italian Renaissance. Consisting of 785 luxury apartments and duplex units, it isdesigned with two flats on each floor with a cross ventilation layout and a total gross floor area of about 1,290,000 sq ft.

Shenzhen Huaqiangbei - Century Place
Century Place is located at the core commercial district of Futian District in Shenzhen - Huaqiangbei commercial area. The site is fronting onto Shennan Middle Road, in vicinity to the shopping street of Huaqiangbei.

Occupying a site area of approximately 184,000 sq ft, this comprehensive development has a total gross floor area of approximately 1,940,000 sq ft, comprising of an approximately 640,000 sq ft shopping centre "Century Place", an approximately 850,000 sq ft Grade-A office tower “Century Place Tower” and luxury residential development "Metropolitan Heights at Century Place" of approximately 430,000 sq ft. The development will have a subway linking to Shenzhen Metro Line No. 1 Huaqiang Road Metro Station and provide sufficient parking spaces.

Shenzhen Pinghu - Le Sommet
The project is situated at the north-eastern part of Pinghu, Longgang disctrict of Shenzhen. With Fenghuangshan as the backdrop and Fenghuang Avenue in the front, it is in close proximity to Pinghu Sport Centre and Fenghuangshan National Mine Park.

The project occupies a site area of approximately 2,410,000 sq ft with a total gross floor area of approximately 3,270,000 sq ft. The project will comprise of 2,960,000 sq ft residential development, together with comprehensive recreational, commercial and social facilities. Once completed, it will be one of the largest luxury residential compound in Pinghu. The whole project has been completed in phases since 2010.

Shenzhen Guanlan - Noble Hills
Located at Guanlan Hengkeng reservoir, Baoan District of Shenzhen, the project occupies a site area of approximately 916, 000 sq ft with a total gross floor area of approximately 1,586,000 sq ft. It will be developed as a large-scale residential district consisting of clubhouse and commercial.

Shenzhen Guanlan - Regency Park
Located at Si Li Road, Guanlan, Baoan District, Shenzhen City and in adjacent to Meiguan Highway, the project occupies a site area of approximately 4,050,000 sq ft with a gross floor area of approximately 1,700,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a large-scale low-rise low-density residential development with clubhouse. The project is targeted for completion in phases from 2010 onwards.

 

Dongguan - Laguna Verona
The Harbour Plaza Golfers' Villas, Phase I of Laguna Verona, comprises of 431 European-style villas and with a gross floor area of approximately 1,200,000 sq ft.

The Lakeside, Laguna Verona Phase II residential development comprises 197 deluxe Northern American covering a gross floor area of 890,000 sq ft.

Banyan Oasis, Laguna Verona Phase III, amid of golf course and lake, comprises 184 low-density luxurious apartments gross floor area of 355,000 sq ft.

Jiangmen - Yinhuwan Project

Huizhou - Aotou Project
The development is located at Aotou, Dayawan Economic and Technology Development Zone, Huizhou City. The site occupies an area of 860,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a luxury low density residential project, comprising house on house and townhouses.
