Through its joint venture company with Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited - Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts has been set up under the portfolio of the Hutchison Property division to operate and manage hotels. The company is also responsible for the Group's hotel investment programmes.

Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts aims at becoming a major player in the international hospitality arena by providing a distinctive blend of comfortable elegance, understated luxury and first-class facilities and services in all its operations - reflecting the true meaning of hospitality and offering guests superb value for money.

In Hong Kong, the Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts currently manages the 554-room Harbour Plaza Hong Kong, the 669-room Harbour Plaza North Point Hong Kong, the 820-room Harbour Plaza Metropolis and the 1,102-room Harbour Plaza Resort City Tin Shui Wai Hong Kong. In February 2005, the Company takes over the management of the 733-room The Kowloon Hotel in addition to commencement of operations at the new 800-room Rambler Garden Hotel and 822-room Rambler Oasis Hotel in Tsing Yi, Hong Kong.

In Mainland China, the Company manages the 388-room Harbour Plaza Chongqing.

To cater for medium to long term hotel accommodation needs (one month to one year) of guests, the Company has developed "Smart-Living Plus", a monthly serviced suite package at Harbour Plaza Resort City Tin Shui Wai Hong Kong, Harbour Plaza North Point and Harbour Plaza Metropolis.

The Group also has major interests in the Sheraton Hongkong Hotel and Towers in the bustling Tsimshatsui area in Hong Kong, The Great Wall Sheraton Hotel Beijing, Grand Hyatt Beijing, as well as Westin Grand Bahama Resort at Our Lucaya and Sheraton Grand Bahama Resort at Our Lucaya on Grand Bahama Island, The Bahamas.
