Property Management
HWPG maintains the reputation and value of its developments
and investments through professional property management services.
Estate Managers look after the day-to-day management of properties,
with the assistance of on-site security guards, building attendants
and maintenance staff.
The close liaison with Government departments, incorporated
owners and residents associations ensures the smooth running
of HWPG's major residential estates, which provides accommodation
for more than 150,000 people.
Project Management
All property developments undertaken by HWPG are supervised
by a professional project management team comprising architects,
engineers and quantity surveyors.
They supervise and co-ordinate the design and construction
of developments through external consultants and contractors,
ensuring the completion of projects within budget and to the
highest standard.
Marketing
HWPG's in-house marketing team handles the leasing and sale
of most Group properties.
The division provides input to the design of new developments
to ensure that they meet the needs of today's market. It also
provides property-related services to other HWL companies,
such as tenancy negotiations, valuations, feasibility studies
and general guidance on real estate issues.
