Mainland China

In 1992, the Group signed the first of its many joint venture agreements for property development in the Mainland. There are now projects underway in Beijing, Tianjin, Changchun, Dalian, Nanjing, Shanghai, Changzhou, Qingdao, Chongqing, Chengdu, Wuhan, Xian, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Huizhou, and the Group will continue to consider investment in other Mainland cities.

Beijing - Oriental Plaza
Oriental Plaza is a unique "city-within-a-city" in the heart of Beijing. Commanding a prime site area of approximately 1 million sq ft and spanning a gross floor area of approximately 8 million sq ft, Oriental Plaza represents one of the largest commercial complexes in Asia.

With a first-class location on Chang'an Avenue, Oriental Plaza is unrivalled in the capital for the sheer scope and quality of its services and facilities. The Tower Offices at Oriental Plaza comprise eight Grade A office blocks, and are home to leading multinational corporations in Beijing. The Tower Apartments at Oriental Plaza feature two luxury serviced apartment buildings, which promise the ultimate in convenience, comfort, style and service. Conveniently located in the Chaoyang District near the East 4th Ring Road, the project occupies a site area of approximately 2,900,000 sq ft. It is comprised of approximately 2,100 low-density residential units with a total gross floor area of approximately 3,870,000 sq ft and a grand clubhouse with commercial facilities.

Beijing - Changping District Beixinjiayuan Project
Situated at Beixin Village, Shisanling Town in Beijing Changping District, the project occupies a site area of over 2,700,000 sq ft with a total above ground gross floor area of approximately 860,000 sq ft. It will be developed into luxurious low density villas in the Shisanling Cultural Heritage Protection Zone.

Tianjin - The Metropolitan Tianjin
Strategically located at the junction of Nanjing Road and Yingkou Road in Heping District, the central district of Tianjin, this integrated complex is atop the "Yingkou Road Station", which is the interchange of Tianjin Metro Lines 1 and 3. The project site will be developed for splendorous shopping mall, Grade-A office and luxurious residential premises with a site area of approximately 210,000 sq ft and a total gross floor area of approximately 2,900,000 sq ft. There will also be underground portion of shopping mall and car parking spaces, covering approximately 660,000 sq ft.

Changchun - Regency Park
Located in the Changchun Jingyue Economic Development Zone, Regency Park is a large-scale residential premises with a site area of approximately 9,910,000 sq ft. The whole development will provide a residential gross floor area of approximately 4,370,000 sq ft.

Changchun - Regency Residence
Located in the Nanguan District at Changchun, the project is situated at the west of Yatai Dai Road and the north of Fanrong Road. The project occupies a site area of approximately 2,210,000 sq ft with a gross floor area of approximately 2,780,000 sq ft of residential development. It will be developed into urban residential and high quality multi-commercial facilities.

Changchun - Gaoxin Bayi Reservoir Project
The development is situated in the southern side of Changchun National High-technology Industry Development Area, occupies an area of over 1,700,000 sq ft. The project is located at the west of Bingershisi Road (under development), south of Bingshiwu Road(under development), west of Chaofan Street and north of Bingshisi Road (under development). The site is adjacent to the Bayi Reservoir Wetland Park (under development) with beautiful scenery garden, will be developed into a high class residential community.

Shanghai - Seasons Villas
This development occupies a site area of over 2,900,000 sq ft in the Pudong Huamu District. It is a low density residential compound which is located next to Regency Park and the Century Park. It is comprised of villas, townhouses and a clubhouse.

 

Shanghai - Regency Park
Regency Park, with a total gross floor area of over 1,720,000 sq ft, is located next to Seasons Villas and the Century Park in Pudong. There are luxurious villas and semi-detached houses accompanied by a prestigious clubhouse.

 

Shanghai - Westgate Mall
Located at Nanjing Road West in Shanghai, this commercial development has a gross floor area of approximately 1,100,000 sq ft and comprises a shopping centre, office and carparks. The shopping centre houses major tenants such as Isetan Department Store, PARKnSHOP, Watsons, Mei Long Zhen Restaurant and renowned international fashion brands. In addition, there are other facilities like food court and cinema etc. The office tower is mainly occupied by multinational corporations.

 

Shanghai - Walton Plaza
Walton Plaza development in Xu Hui comprises a composite building of offices, residential apartments and retail shops with a gross floor area of 106,600 sq ft.

 

Shanghai - Jiading District Project
Located at the east of Ruilin Road and the south of Jiaxiu Dong Road in Shanghai’s Jiading District, this development has a site area of approximately 2.2 million sq ft and a total floor area of around 6.4 million sq ft. It will be developed into a comprehensive development comprising of high-rise apartments, office buildings and townhouses. The project will be built next to a 17-hectare eco-water park and an 800,000 sq ft lake. Featuring several natural river channels, it will be one of Shanghai's rarest comprehensive lakeside residential complexes.

Shanghai - Maison des Artistes
Gubei District is one of the first high-end expatriate communities in Shanghai. The site, with a total of approximately 540,000 sq ft, has accommodated a luxurious residential development of more than 1,500,000 sq ft plus around 320,000 sq ft of commercial facilities.

 

Shanghai - CityLink
Conveniently located at Xinzha Road and Datian Road of Jingan district, the plot occupies a site area of over 156,000 sq ft with a total gross floor area of about 624,000 sq ft. It will be developed for commercial and office uses.

Shanghai - Regency Cove
Located in Maqiao Town of Minhang District, the project occupies a site area of approximately 2,800,000 sq ft with a gross floor area of approximately 490,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a low-density residential compound with around 200 detached luxurious villas.

Shanghai - Oriental Financial Center
Located at the core of Shanghai Pudong's Lujiazui district, amidst buildings such as the Shanghai Tower, the Shanghai World Financial Centre, and the Jin Mao Building, this site will be developed into a Grade A office building with a total floor area of over 1 million sq ft. Targeting multi-nationals, this development will provide floor plate of around 22,000 to 31,000 sq ft.

Shanghai - Century Link
The development site of Century Link is located at the heart of the Shanghai Pudong New District, occupying a unique position at the midpoint between Lujiazui Financial Centre and Hua Mu Cultural Administrative District.

Located above the Century Avenue Station, an interchange Metro station of four major Metro lines, the site enjoys seamless transition and convenience, and is one of the most important planned strategic transport interchanges in Shanghai City.

Century Link occupies a site area of about 550,000 sq ft with a total floor area of approximately 2,350,000 sq f. plus another approximately 530,000 sq ft basement commercial area It will be developed into an integrated commercial complex comprising an international shopping mall and 2 blocks of Grade-A office towers.

Shanghai - Upper West Shanghai
Located in Zhen Ru Fu Zhong Xin in the Putuo district, Upper West Shanghai has a total floor area of over 11.8 million sq ft. It will be one of the largest developments in Shanghai. The project features retail, office and residential premises as well as a hotel. With a commercial tower of 320m high, Upper West Shanghai is poised to become one of Shanghai’s new landmarks.

Shanghai - Regency Garden
Located at Fan Rong Road of Zhou Pu in PudongDistrict, the project occupies a site area of approximately 2,840,000 sq ft. The site will be developed into a residential compound, comprising approximately 3,600,000 sq ft of residential buildings, 54,000 sq ft of commercial facilities and a kindergarten.

Shanghai - Qingpu Project
Located in Zhaoxiang Town of Qingpu District, the project occupies a site area of approximately 800,000 sq ft. It will be a luxurious large-scale residential development.

Changzhou - Regency Park
Located at Tianning District, the heart of Changzhou City, this 860,000 sq ft site will be developed into a residential compound, comprising 2,420,000 sq ft of low-rise townhouses and high-rise apartments. The site is adjacent to the Hong Mei Park, which has an area of approximately 3,650,000 sq ft.

Qingdao - Pacific Plaza
Pacific Plaza is a commercial complex with low-rise residential development of 847,000 sq ft. The phase one development, with a gross floor area of 356,000 sq ft, was completed in 1996. It is comprised of seven blocks of garden duplexes, a clubhouse, a 19-storey office building, two three-storey office buildings, a high-class shopping centre and car parking spaces.

The phases two and three residential development is comprised of four high-rise apartment towers and a low-rise office block.

Qingdao - The Harbourfront
The Harbourfront is a large-scale urban redevelopment project, located at the Shi Bei District of Qingdao. It occupies an extensive site area of approximately 3,400,000 sq ft and it commands spectacular unobstructed sea views. This comprehensive redevelopment project will transform the existing old district into a new focal point of the Qingdao city with modern shopping, tourist and entertainment facilities as well as high-rise residential blocks with a total floor area of approximately 10,400,000 sq ft.

Chongqing - Metropolitan Plaza and Tower and Harbour Plaza Chongqing
Metropolitan Plaza & Tower and Habour Plaza Chongqing in central Chongqing is one of the largest composite development projects in southwest China with a gross floor area of approximately 2,000,000 sq ft. The outstanding design of Metropolitan Plaza has been awarded the Chongqing Architectural Bai Hua Prize in 1998 and the 2nd Tien-You Jeme Civil Engineering Prize in 2002. The whole project comprises an 8-storey grand shopping mall, a 25-storey Grade A office building and a world-class hotel. The development has acquired numerous branded tenants like department store and renowned international fashion brands and premium shops. In addition, there are also bowling centre, ice-skating rink and cinema, well-known restaurants and food court. Above the mall is the 5-star hotel Harbour Plaza Chongqing, providing a total of 388 rooms and suites. Besides, the 25-storey office tower offers business premises for various institutions like banks, consulates and major multinationals.

Chongqing - Coral Plaza
Located at Nanbin Road in Nanan District, the project has two phases. With a total gross floor area of approximately 720,000 sq ft. with commercial parking spaces, it will be developed into a riverfront commercial and recreation complex featured with exotic landscape design. With a unique metropolitan architectural style, the project enjoys the unparalleled views of the beautiful scenery garden and the glamorous panorama river shores.

Chongqing - Beverly Hills
Located in the Yubei District - Beverly Hills, the first sole villa compound near the town centre of Chongqing, is a high-end residential project of North American style with a site area of approximately 2,150,000 sq ft.There are 217 luxurious detached villas and each of them is equipped with an independent lift, a garage, a frontyard and a backyard garden. The landscape design, embellished with lively rivulets as well as quiet lake scenery, is full of elegance and nobility. Facilities in the Beverly Hills Clubhouse include an indoor temperature-modulated swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a bowling centre, a multi-functional hall, a cigar lounge, a red wine room, a gymnasium and so on.

Chongqing - Cape Coral
Located at Nanbin Road, a prime location in the Nanan District. Most units offer fabulous views of Chang Jiang. Cape Coral is a large-scale complex developed for residential and commercial uses with a site area of approximately 1,380,000 sq ft. The whole development will provide a residential gross floor area of approximately 3,280,000 sq ft, comprising high-rise and super high-rise apartments, and lofts. The project will be equipped with a luxurious clubhouse. With a gross floor area of approximately 720,000 sq ft, the commercial part will be constructed in European style, commanding a glamorous river view and creating a unique metropolitan living style.

Chongqing - Noble Hills
The development is situated in a newly developed economic zone in the north of Chongqing. It is located at a prime location with good transportation network.

The site occupies an area of over 4,810,000 sq ft, with a total gross floor area of over 4,570,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a low density residential community, including townhouses, house on house and semi-detached house, with comprehensive clubhouse and commercial facilities.

Chongqing - Yangjiashan Project
The development is situated in the Yangjiashan District, Nanan District, Chongqing, It is strategically located about 8km from Jiefangbei in the CBD. The site occupies an area of approximately 11,300,000 sq ft with a gross floor area of approximately 34,600,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a large-scale high class residential district consisting of a grand clubhouse and a wide range of commercial and social facilities.

Chongqing - Liangjiang New Area Project
Liangjiang New Area is situated in the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, a prime location for high-end residential developments. The site occupies a gross area of 1,430,000 sq ft. and a total gross floor area of 3,000,000 sq ft. It enjoys picturesque lake and hill scenery. The project will be developed into prestigious residences.

Chengdu - Le Parc
Le Parc is situated in Tianfu Xin Cheng, the government planned new CBD of South Chengdu. It will be developed into a commercial, financial, technology, administrative and cultural centre serving as a cosmopolitan hub for business and living.

Le Parc enjoys an instant access to the rest of the city as it is close to Tianfu Avenue and the Hi-Tech station of Metro line no. 1. Occupying a site area of approximately 8,700,000 sq ft, and a gross floor area of approximately 26,000,000 sq ft, the project will be developed into a mega-scale luxurious residential district, consisting of a premium clubhouse, schools, a commercial street and other community facilities.

The project will be completed in phases. Phase 1 has been launched in mid-2007 and is sold out.It has been handed over to owners since April 2009. Phase IIA & IIB have been launched in 2009 and early 2010 respectively. Phase IIA has been handed over to owners since May 2011.Phase III has been launched in 2010. Phase IV will be launched soon.

Chengdu - Regency Oasis
Regency Oasis is strategically situated in the prime location of a newly developed garden city – Chengdu Wenjiang, next to the former Chengdu China Flower Exposition and Chengdu No. 7 Middle School. Abutting Guang Hua Avenue, the planned metro line 4, and a light rail system, the project enjoys supreme transportation network.

Regency Oasis occupies a site area of approximately 4,000,000 sq ft, with a total gross floor area of approximately 5,300,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a luxurious and low-density residential compound, consisting of a kindergarten, a premium clubhouse and commercial facilities. The project, based on the "Boutique Living" design concept, offers an array of residential establishments, such as house on house, townhouse, detached house and high-rise apartment. Phase 1 has been launched in 2010 and has been handed over to owners since June 2011.

Wuhan - Hualou Jie Project
The Hualou Street Project, occupying a total site area of around 1,200,000 sq ft, is located in the heart of Wuhan's business and commercial district and abuts on Yanjiang Avenue. It lies conveniently to other landmarks in the neighbourhood, namely Jianghan Road shopping area and Wuhan Customs . With high-rise luxurious residential towers commanding a magnificent view atop a themed retail podium, the development will become Wuhan's premier commercial and residential complex with a total gross floor area of over 6,000,000 sq ft.

Wuhan - Laopupian Project
Located in the hub of Wuhan city adjacent to Jianghan Road pedestrian precinct, Laopupian Project is accessible by metro station line 2, light railway Jianghan Road station, as well as a number of bus routes. Three residential towers of approximately 782,000 sq ft and a retail complex of approximately 1,430,000 sq ft both on gross floor area will be built atop a 379,000 sq ft site. Laopupian Project will shine a distinguished urban renewal project at the core of Wuhan city.

Wuhan - Regency Cove
The development is situated in the Caidian District of Wuhan. With Maan Hill situated at its north and Zhi Yin Hu at its south, the project enjoys traffic convenience and picturesque lake scenery. The site occupies a gross area of around 8,200,000 sq ft, with a total gross floor area of over 960,000 sq ft for Phase 1. It will be developed into a large-scale high class residential community, including a hotel, a grand clubhouse and social facilities.

Xian - The Greenwich
The project is located within the Hi-Tech Industrial Zone, delineated in the east by Xiwan Road, south by Jinye Road and north by Jinyun Road. It will be developed into luxurious residential and commercial premises with a site area of more than 5,200,000 sq ft and 11,500,000 sq ft total floor area. Phase 1 of the Greenwich, Xian occupies an area of approximately 1,072,000 sq ft, comprising 1,783 high-class residential units. With an area of approximately 1,078,400 sq ft, Phase 2 "i-City" provides over 3,000 Loft, Loft 2.0 and "i-Cube" units. Phase 3 "The Mansion" also occupies an area of approximately 1,088,000 sq ft, which will include apartments, offices and retail shops.

Changsha - Noble Hills
Located in Jinxing Road, Wang Cheng County, the project takes up a site area of approximately 5,990,000 sq ft which generates a total gross floor area around 7,200,000 sq ft. With Hutchison Whampoa's brand name and outstanding property management services, the architectural design of Noble Hills will nicely blend with the natural landscape and ecology to create a large-scale unique style luxurious residential estate. Phase 1 and Phase 2 were launched in 2009 and 2010; while others are targeted for completion in phases from 2011 to 2016.

Guangzhou - Greenery
Greenery is a low-density, self-contained residential estate in Tianhe commercial centre of Guangzhou. The development is comprised of 208 duplex and apartment units surrounding a landscaped garden. Facilities include a clubhouse with squash and tennis courts, a gym, a children's play area, a swimming pool and a snooker room. There is also an international school and plenty of parking lots.

Guangzhou - The Riverside
The Riverside is a composite development above the Huangsha Metro Station encompassing approximately 3,800,000 sq ft of residential and commercial premises. It consists of eight blocks of 27 to over 50-storey residential towers, a fully furnished supreme clubhouse, and a four-level of shopping arcade - Metropolitan Plaza which is comprised of a gross floor area of approximately 937,000 sq ft and two levels of underground car park.

Guangzhou - Metropolitan Plaza
Situated atop Huangsha Station along Metro Line 1, Metropolitan Plaza comprises a 3-storey plus basement shopping complex of approximately 937,000 sq ft gross floor area. In the name of "leisure-tainment", the mall is destined to accommodate a well-balanced trade-mix including a department store, cinemas, supermarket, and a well selected variety of cuisine. There are also two outdoor piazzas on the South and North sides of the mall respectively, totalling approximately 150,000 sq ft gross floor area. This shopping mall without doubt will become a new attraction and focal point in Guangzhou!

Guangzhou - Zengcheng Residential Project
Located in the Licheng Town of Zengcheng, the project occupies a site area of approximately 21,000,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a large-scale low-density premium residential area.

Guangzhou Panyu - Cape Coral
The project is located in the Panyu Dashi District and close to the South China Express Panyu Bridge and overlooking the magnificent views of Zhujiang. It occupies a site area of approximately 4,800,000 sq ft, and will be developed into a low-density waterfront community.

Guangzhou - Yuhu Mingdi
Located in Guangzhou's Luogang District, the project occupies a site area of approximately 2.4 million sq ft with a total gross floor area of approximately 2.5 million sq ft. It will be developed into low density premium residential properties.

Guangzhou – Guangzhou International Toys & Gifts Center
Occupying a total floor area of over 5 million sq ft, the Guangzhou International Toys & Gifts Center is strategically located in the Economic Technological Development Zone of Huang Pu District.

The project consists of two phases. Phase one, which has been completed, has a total retail area of 1 million sq ft. Phase two of the development will comprise an exhibition centre, shops, logistics facilities, apartments, hotel, office premises and underground transport facilities.

Shenzhen Futian - Le Parc
Located in one of the largest premium residential communities in Futian-CBD of Shenzhen, the project occupies a site area of approximately 1,700,000 sq ft and a total gross floor area of around 4,770,000 sq ft.

The project was built in four phases offering 3,010 luxurious apartments and duplex units. All residences have been completed and handed over to the owners. The luxurious clubhouse - "club de Le Parc" was opened in summer 2003, whereas the commercial complex, fully laden with various shopping facilities such as PARKnSHOP, banks and restaurants, were opened in 2004. The gardens of Le Parc adopt four different European designs, creating a nostalgic feel.

Shenzhen Baoan - Dynasty Garden
This low-density deluxe residential project is located in Xixiang, the north of central district of Baoan. It is built on a hill with a site area of approximately 860,000 sq ft and extoic architecture. The project offers 785 luxurious apartments and duplex units; all are designed with two flats on each floor and a cross ventilation layout. The total gross floor area is approximately 1,290,000 sq ft. There are two independent clubhouses dedicated to adults and children, offering comprehensive facilities including a gymnasium, a snooker room, a chess room and a swimming pool. Phases 1 and 2 have been completed and handed over to the owners in 2004. There is an international kindergarten in the project.

Shenzhen Huaqiangbei - Century Place
Century Place is located at the core commercial district of Futian District in Shenzhen, within the prime Huaqiangbei business hub. The site is facing Shennan Road and close proximity to Huaqiangbei shopping street, a popular shopping zone which is accessible within five minutes walking distance.

Occupying a site area of approximately 183,000 sq ft, this comprehensive development has a total gross floor area of approximately 1,930,000 sq ft, comprising the 640,000 sq ft shopping mall "Century Place", the 850,000 sq ft Grade-A office tower "Century Place Tower" and the 440,000 sq ft luxury residential tower "Metropolitan Heights at Century Place". The complex is connected to Shenzhen Metro Line No. 1 Huaqiang Road Station and will provide sufficient parking spaces.

Shenzhen Pinghu - Le Sommet
The project is situated in the north-eastern part of Pinghu, Longgang disctrict of Shenzhen. Enjoying the greenery of Fenghuang Shan, it is facing Feng Huang Road and in close to Pinghu Sports Centre and Fenghuang Shan Park. As a premium residential compound in Pinghu, Le Sommet occupies approximately 2,410,000 sq ft in site area, and about 3,270,000 sq ft in gross floor area of which over 2,900,000 sq ft is for residential development. It contains a recreational clubhouse, commercial facilities and schools. Phase 1 has been handed over to owners. Phase 3 has been basically sold out in 2010.

Shenzhen Guanlan - Noble Hills
Located at the Guanlan Hengkeng reservoir, Baoan District of Shenzhen, the project occupies a site area of approximately 916,000 sq ft with a total gross floor area of approximately 1,650,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a large-scale residential district consisting of clubhouse and commercial facilities.

Shenzhen Guanlan - Regency Park
Located at Si Li Road, Guanlan, Baoan District, Shenzhen and in adjacent to Meiguan Highway, the project occupies a site area of approximately 4,040,000 sq ft with a gross floor area of approximately 1,780,000 sq ft. It will be developed into a large-scale low-density luxurious residential development with a clubhouse. The project is developed in phases. Phase 1 and 2 have been handed over to owners. Phase 3 has been launched in 2010.

Dongguan - Laguna Verona
Next to the renowned Harbour Plaza Golf Club Dongguan and the waterfront greenery of Henggang Lake, Laguna Verona is the largest golf residential community in Houjie Town of Dongguan, with a total area of around 35,880,000sq ft.

Phase I, The Harbour Plaza Golfers' Villa, is comprised of 431 European-style villas with a gross floor area of approximately 1,200,000 sq ft.

Phase 2, The Lakeside, is comprised of 197 deluxe Northern American style villas covering a gross floor area of approximately 890,000 sq ft.

Phase 3, Banyan Oasis, beside the golf course and lake, is comprised of 184 low-density luxurious apartments with a gross floor area of approximately 355,000 sq ft.

Dongguan Laguna Verona is well equipped with a luxurious clubhouse, a sports centre and commercial facilities, offering an exquisite lifestyle to residents.

Dongguan - Harbour Plaza Golf Club
Located next to Laguna Verona, Harbour Plaza Golf Club is an exclusive club for members only. Designed and constructed by the world-renowned Robert Trent Jones Jr., the Club boasts a total site area of approximately 14,000,000 sq ft with 27-hole championship golf course and a 27-bay driving range.

Zhuhai - Horizon Cove
Located in proximity to the Tang Jia University of Zhuhai, Horizon Cove boasts the largest luxury residential development in the district with a site area of nearly 5,000,000 sq ft.
