Royal Gate Kensington, London
Royal Gate Kensington is a residential development in Kensington with a site area of approximately 21,456 sq ft comprising a total of 132 units.

Belgravia Place, Belgravia SW1, London
The project is a residential development with a floor area of 116,000 sq ft located near Sloane Square.

Albion Riverside, London
Albion Riverside comprises a prestigious contemporary style residential/commercial development located on the banks of the River Thames in Battersea, facing Cheyne Walk in Chelsea. With a total floor area of 392,000 sq ft, it comprises 183 luxury apartments, 13 penthouse units and offices.

Montevetro, Battersea Church Road, London
Montevetro was a joint venture development formed by Hutchison Whampoa and Taylor Woodrow Capital Development. The 20-storey residential tower stands on the eastern shore of River Thames comprising a total of 103 apartments/penthouses.

Lots Road, Chelsea London SW10
The site of Lots Road Power Station will be re-developed into high-end residential apartments and commercial units. The Master plan of the redevelopment scheme has been created by the world-renowned architect Sir Terry Farrell and is one of the last major riverside schemes to be developed in this area.

The project is located on the north bank of the River Thames, straddling Chelsea Creek on the boundary between the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

Planning permission has been granted and construction started at the end of 2007. The project will provide approximately 1,260,000 sq ft of residential space and about 90,000 sq ft of commercial space. It is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2013.

Convoys Wharf, London
Convoys Wharf is an approximately 1,740,000 sq ft residential/commercial development in east London. It is located on the southern side of the river Thames opposite to the Docklands, and is near to the historic World Heritage Site of Greenwich, which is rich in royal maritime history. It will provide approximately 3,500 apartments and approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial space.

The initial design was completed by the world-renowned architect Richard Rogers. The Convoys Wharf development will create a vibrant and sustainable community in which residents will be able to live, work and play.

Costa del Sol
Costa del Sol is a 1.5 million sq ft residential development.

Cairnhill Crest
Cairnhill Crest is a 440,000 sq ft residential development at Cairnhill Circle.

The Bahamas

Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort, Grand Bahama Island
The project occupies a site area of 372 acres with a 1,260-room resort hotel complex named The Westin Grand Bahama Resort at Our Lucaya and Sheraton Grand Bahama Resort at Our Lucaya, and two USGA (The United States Golf Association) championship rated golf courses.

Silver Point – Our Lucaya
Silver Point – Our Lucaya is a wholly owned development of Hutchison Developments (Bahamas) Ltd. and is located on Grand Bahama Island, just 54 miles east of Palm Beach, Florida USA.

It is designed by the world-renowned architectural firm RTKL, Dallas Texas. The 18-acre site is on the beautiful Lucaya Beach and has frontage on both the ocean and canal system. A collection of over 100 luxury residences will be built on the site with the majority having private yacht slips. Homeowners will have access to various services from the nearby Our Lucaya Resort including the use of two 18-hole championship golf courses.
