Royal Gate Kensington, London, W8
Royal Gate comprises 132 luxury apartments and penthouses situated in three independent blocks with four levels of underground parking. The development was designed by Halpern Architects and includes a private fitness centre with gymnasium and sauna.

Belgravia Place, Belgravia, London, SW1
A new build residential development designed by Paul Davis and Partners, located close to Sloane Square and containing 28 town and mews houses and a building of thirteen luxury apartments overlooking a landscaped courtyard.

Albion Riverside, London, SW11
Albion Riverside is a landmark residential development designed by Lord Foster of Foster + Partners, located on south bank of the River Thames in Battersea. With a total floor area of 392,000 sq ft, it contains 183 luxury apartments, 13 penthouses, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, and includes offices as well as retail units.

Montevetro, Battersea, London, SW11
An award winning 20-storey residential tower on the south bank of the River Thames containing 103 apartments and penthouses, including a leisure facility and tennis court. Montevetro was designed by Lord Rogers of Richard Rogers Partnership, and was a Joint venture with Taylor Woodrow.

Lots Road Power Station, Chelsea, London, SW10
A landmark mixed use development on the River Thames, master planned by Sir Terry Farrell. It will provide about 800 residential apartments and penthouses units, and will include, among others two riverside towers (of 37 and 25 storeys) and the conversion of the historic Lots Road Power Station. The development will see a signature waterside restaurant, cafes, retail units and offices together with a leisure complex. Planning permission has been granted and development is underway.

Convoys Wharf, Lewisham, London, SE8
A mixed use development on a 41 acre site located on the south bank of the River Thames overlooking London Docklands and one mile from the historic centre of Greenwich. The development, which has been designed by Aedas, has over a quarter of a mile of river frontage and is planned to provide approximately 3,900 residential apartments, including three towers, and over 700,000 sq ft of commercial space including restaurants, cafes, offices, retail units and leisure amenities.

Costa del Sol
Costa del Sol is a 1.5 million sq ft residential development.

Cairnhill Crest
Cairnhill Crest is a 440,000 sq ft residential development at Cairnhill Circle.

Marina Bay Financial Centre
With a site area of more than 570,000 sq ft, the Marina Bay Financial Centre project consists of two phases comprising three Grade A office towers, two residential blocks, and retail premises. Phase one of the development has been completed.

The Vision
The Vision, commanding a magnificent panoramic sea view, is a luxury residential development situated at Singapore’s West Coast. It consists of 281 apartments with sizes ranging from approximately 818 sq ft to 2,700 sq ft and 14 strata terrace units. Sky Paragon, a luxurious indoor clubhouse, is built on the highest floor of the property and represents the first-of-its-kind in Singapore. The Vision offers an array of amenities, including infinity pool, gymnasium, SPA, parkview garden, children’s playground, golf putting green and BBQ facilities.

The Bahamas

Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort, Grand Bahama Island
The project occupies a site area of 377 acres with a 1,218-room resort hotel complex named Radisson Our Lucaya Resort and Our Lucaya Reef & Village, and two USGA (The United States Golf Association) championship rated golf courses.

Grand Bahama Island Development
The Group has a joint venture interest in approximately 70,000 acres of land, including 15 miles of beautiful white sandy beachfront. The majority of the land is suitable for tourism use and residential development. Over 2,000 acres are available for commercial uses.
