It has been HWPG's strategy to retain long-term investments in major commercial areas within its residential/commercial developments.

Hutchison House
Hutchison House is one of the most prestigious office buildings in Central, accommodating a number of world famous professional firms and multi-national corporations as well as the headquarters of the Hutchison Whampoa Group.

The plot was purchased at a Government auction which comprises 20 floors of offices and a three-level first class shopping centre.

Aon China Building
HWPG acquired the ownership of China Building in 1985. Developed by the Cheung Kong Group, the building comprises 25 storeys (including a mezzanine floor and two basement levels). After the Aon Group signed up as the anchor tenant, China Building has been renamed "Aon China Building".

Hutchison Logistics Centre
Hutchison Logistics Centre at Kwai Chung container port is an important hub of freight forwarding in Hong Kong.

HWPG planned the development carefully, consulting warehouse users in the process. It also took every detail into consideration to create a 5.5 million sq ft complex, one of Asia's largest buildings that provides ultimate flexibility, convenience and cost-effectiveness.

The distribution centre is located within Terminal 4, close to the container berths operated by the HWL subsidiary Hongkong International Terminals. Its warehouse floors comprise up to 126 container loading bays on each floor, equipped with dock levellers, forklift truck ramps and security grilles. There are also offices, a large canteen and ample rooftop parking spaces.

Wonderful Worlds of Whampoa
Located in the heart of Hung Hom, the 1.4 million sq ft retail space at Whampoa Garden named as Wonderful Worlds of Whampoa, is one of the largest shopping and entertainment hub in Kowloon. It comprises a unique combination of themed worlds, offering a multitude of shopping, dining and entertainment facilities.

The themed worlds include:

Fashion World - comprising a variety of leading international and local apparel stores and accessories retailers, including Esprit, Morgan, Benetton, b+ab / 5cm, Izzue, Stage of Playlord, Bauhaus, Nike Women, Bess and Cour Carre...just to name a few.

The Whampoa - the landmark ship-shape shopping centre, tenants include Jusco department store, Metro Broadcast, Spotful Garden Restaurant, Game Station and the Group's China Property Sales and Exhibition Centre.

Whampoa Gourmet Place / Screen World - Whampoa Gourmet Place, showcasing 13 renowned eateries, including Wing Lai Yuen Sichuan Noodles, Tasty Congee & Noodle Wantun Shop, Fung Shing Restaurant and Red Door Chinese Restaurant etc, has become one of the most popular dining places in Hong Kong. Screen World houses ample entertainment and recreational facilities including UA cinemas, Thunder Bowl and the Spotlight Club recreation centre.

Home World - offers everything a home-maker could possibly need with its well-selected household outlets, including PARKnSHOP Superstore, FortressWorld, Hang Cheong Furniture, Jade Rattern Ware Co., @Home by Ulferts and Morewell Furniture etc.

Treasure World - comprises an interesting mix -- Yo Park!, California Fitness, McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Popular Books and other retail shops amidst the excitement of the largest Jumpin Gym USA family entertainment centre in Hong Kong.

The Harbourfront
Poised on the scenic waterfront next to Whampoa Garden, The Harbourfront development demonstrates the Group's initiative in transforming the Hung Hom district into one of Hong Kong's premier residential, commercial and retail locations. The development comprises two 20-storey, Grade A office towers totalling more than 860,000 sq ft and a 506-room 5-star hotel Harbour Plaza Hong Kong with over 48 serviced suites and shopping facilities. HWPG's own headquarters is housed in this complex.

To cater for the daily needs of the development's busy business tenants, HWPG has launched Hutchison Premium Services, a new concept in office services which include mail and parcel pick-up and delivery, laundry and dry-cleaning service, flower delivery, food and beverage catering and office and car cleaning.

Cheung Kong Center
Located at the former site of the Hong Kong Hilton Hotel, the 62-storey Cheung Kong Center comprises a total gross floor area of approximately 1.25 million sq ft and parking for over 1,000 cars, is the headquarter of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd. As one of Hong Kong's most "intelligent" buildings, Cheung Kong Center also houses world-renowned banks and financial institutions and stands as a new landmark in the Central business district.

MLC Millennia Plaza and Harbour Plaza North Point

MLC Millennia Plaza in North Point comprises 218,000 sq ft of office and commercial space. Adjacent to this building, the Harbour Plaza North Point provides 669 hotel rooms and suites.

The Metropolis, Hung Hom Bay
The Metropolis is a 1.4 million sq ft development above the Kowloon Canton Railway terminus in Hunghom. It comprises an office tower, a hotel, a shopping arcade and two serviced apartment towers.

Harbourfront Landmark, Wan Hoi Street, Hunghom

Located on Tsing Yi Island, Tsing Yi hotels development comprises three hotels. The Group owns interests in two of the hotels.

Caribbean Coast
At Tung Chung, the Group has a joint venture interest in Caribbean Coast, a multiphase residential and commercial development, which has a total floor area of approximately 4.4 million sq ft.
