Great has been awarded the Luxury Superbrands Hong Kong 2003/2004 and voted "Hong Kong's Best Food Shop" by readers of the HK Magazine in 2001 and 2002. Great adopts a stylish international food hall concept, committing to deliver the widest selection of fresh and high quality gourmet products from around the world to provide customers with a fascinating and flavourful choice of Great gourmet experiences.

Opened in the basement of Pacific Place in December 2000, Great Pacific Place, a 34,500-square foot food hall, offers over 46,000 gourmet items as well as world-class cooking and dining ware.

Great's Basic Grocery section carries over 20,000 items, including superb 25-year Balsamic Vinegar from Modena , Italy, the purest glacier water from Norway, the most popular Japanese snacks and authentic Chinese condiments from Hong Kong and China. Great also provides the widest range of organic and health products in town, with over 2,000 varieties of products for daily needs and special diets. In its Fresh Produce section, Great offers the freshest fruit and vegetable from around the world every day. The Fresh Meat counter offers over 300 meat items, including premium cuts and specialty meats from around different countries with rotisserie and hot and chilled meat counters, while the Seafood counter offers around 100 items, most of which are flown in from around the world. As for the famous Bakery in Great, it offers around 300 items from French baguettes, Italian ciabatta and local delicacies like pineapple buns to tailor-made cake and pastries.

For Great-er convenience, Great has opened a second store at the Festival Walk Shopping Centre in Kowloon Tong in November 2002. The 2,000-square foot outlet is a mini version of the flagship store in Pacific Place, featuring some of Great's most popular international food products with a key focus on delicatessen and Asian confectionery and grocery.
