Nuance-Watson (HK) Limited is the largest retail operator at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). It now manages 34 world-class duty free outlets offering a wide range of goods, including watches and jewellery, fashion and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics, audio-video/electronic equipment, packaged food and souvenirs, pharmaceuticals and personal care products.

A joint venture between the A.S. Watson group and The Nuance Group, the world’s largest and most experienced airport retail company, Nuance-Watson (HK) began its operations at HKIA in July 1998. Year of 2003 was a landmark year for Nuance-Watson as the company successfully won three of HKIA's four anchor concessions for General Merchandise, Perfumes and Cosmetics and Audio-Video/Electronic Equipment. This has not only reinforced Nuance-Watson’s leadership role in developing business opportunities at HKIA, but also underlined the company's long-term commitment to the Hong Kong travel retail industry. In 2003, Nuance-Watson also won the concessions for Pharmaceutical Products, Luxury Brand Boutiques and Specialty Stores.

The General Merchandise concession of Nuance-Watson at HKIA covers nine stores branded as "The Atrium", "The Plaza", "The Gateway" and "Essentials Express". "The Atrium" is a "One-Stop Luxury Store", while "The Plaza" is the airport's largest Department Store. The extensive choice of goods on offer includes watches and jewellery, fashion and accessories and packaged food and souvenirs.

Nuance-Watson's HKIA Perfumes and Cosmetics portfolio includes nine stores which trade under the names "Temptation Duty Free" and "Beauty Express". Both are exclusive airport stores that stock and sell a dazzling array of perfumes, cosmetics and skincare products from over 100 world-famous brands.

The "Sound & Vision" stores, Nuance-Watson's electronic stores, tempt travellers with state-of-the-art electronics items such as cameras and camcorders, mobile phones and PDAs, audio and video equipment, CDs/DVDs and more.

There are five Watsons Your Personal Stores at HKIA, managed under Nuance-Watson's Pharmaceutical and Personal Care licence. Additionally, Nuance-Watson operates six luxury boutiques including Bally, Bvlgari, Hugo Boss, Ermenegildo Zegna, Omega and Longchamp. The company's HKIA portfolio also includes three specialty stores, namely Fortress, Amazing Grace and The Peninsula.
