PARKnSHOP
Since it opened its first store in Hong Kong in 1973, PARKnSHOP has established itself as a leading supermarket in Greater China by revolutionising consumers' expectations and setting new benchmarks for quality, value and service in the Asian retail industry. PARKnSHOP currently owns around 260 stores in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China. All its outlets are in prime retail locations with centrally controlled product ranges tailored to suit each micro-market that they serve.

TASTE
TASTE is a new generation of lifestyle food store that provides customers with “More than Food” shopping experience by adding fun and excitement to their daily grocery shopping. It aims to become the first choice food store for Hong Kong's increasingly sophisticated and health-conscious modern urban consumers by enriching their tastes and lifestyles. Located in Festival Walk, the first 35,000 square feet TASTE food galleria was open in November 2004, and features more than 25,000 quality food items sourced from around the world.

GOURMET

GOURMET, Hong Kong's foremost boutique style food hall, offers customers a new, refined, and fashionable concept of fine shopping.

Located in the superb Lee Gardens shopping arcade, the 15,000-square-foot store offers a comprehensive selection of over 20,000 products carried across 30 merchandise categories of the highest quality, hardest to find and most delicious premium foods.



GREAT

GREAT adopts a stylish international food hall concept, committing to deliver the widest selection of fresh and high quality gourmet products from around the world to provide customers with a fascinating and flavourful choice of GREAT gourmet experiences. Its flagship store in Pacific Place offers over 46,000 gourmet items as well as world-class cooking and dining ware.

Fortress
As the leader in personal electronics and home appliances market, Fortress offers the leading brands, the latest models and the lowest prices guaranteed to a diverse customer base who shop for everything from personal electronics, digital devices to home appliances. Fortress has dedicated itself to continuous innovation. It targets to inspire customers with the possibilities of the near future and help them keep abreast of the latest personal electronics products, making tomorrow’s dream of smart living today’s reality.



Watson's Wine Cellar
Watson's Wine Cellar has become the largest Specialist Wine Store in Hong Kong since opening it’s first store in June 1998. It now operates 13 fine wine stores around Hong Kong. Since April 2004, the specialty wine retailer has opened a further seven new format luxury wine stores. A new fine wine area is assigned in each new store for customers to relax and enjoy their favourite wine. All Watson's Wine Cellar staff receive training from the internationally recognised Wine & Spirit Education Trust (W.S.E.T.) so customers can be sure they are getting the best service.



Badaracco
In December 2001, Watson's wine business expanded into Europe through the acquisition of Swiss-based wine wholesaler/distributor Cantine e Distillerie Badaracco SA, which specialises in trading prestigious international wines. Badaracco today is the largest company of its kind in the world with a balanced range of European, South American and New World vintages. The tight-knit operation serves a niche market with prestigious and rare wines, boasting a global client base of more than 5,000 primarily importers and wholesalers. No other company can come close to Badaracco's offerings, which include 14,000 wine sources and a 900,000-bottle collection that spans hundreds of years and features vintages dating back to the 18th century.
